The student app is built around different scenarios that students in grades 7-9 may encounter on social media and on the internet. The scenarios are based on surveys made among students. Students can get advice and support when they end up in these situations online. The app also provides the opportunity for direct contact with student care staff via the push of a button. The app was initiated by the Vaasa Training School (Åbo Akademi University) and funded by the Swedish Cultural Foundation within the MEDLÄS project.
